Before Babes In Business I have worked many years in the corporate world and I was settling for any 9-5 full-time employment, even though I am a qualified Personal Trainer & Dance Teacher I just took jobs that would pay my bills instead of fulfilling my dreams and passions. At almost 30 I realised I was unhappy I new I had the potential and had been playing it small and lacked the confidence. I had never travelled, I was never stepping outside of my comfort zone there was just no drive or fire in me to go for something more. Until this opportunity was presented to me. Saying yes to Babes In Business has now and continues to be a life changer for me. There has been consistent self development in all aspects of holistic health and wellness and I get to work my dream job! Work when I like, where I like and with whom I like. I have never been more focused and positive than right now and this is because I said YES !!! YES to travel! YES to becoming my own boss! YES to Freedom! And YES to helping others do the same! I have learnt by sharing this opportunity it can truly lead people to have major positive life changes. It's my passion to be able to help inspire and influence people to become the happiest, healthiest and best version of themselves. Being apart of Babes in Business has been the biggest blessing I could have ever imagined. I always knew the 9-5, Mon-Fri grind wasn’t for me. I started nursing as I was into health and loved the idea of helping others. Although I liked the shift work to begin with and having some mornings off, I was sick of doing night duty, having no personal daily routine and hardly seeing my partner. My entire perspective on health changed just prior to me finishing my degree & I discovered holistic health and the power of nutrition, mindset and preventative measures for our wellbeing. I was sick of being told I couldn’t take annual leave to visit my friends or family on the other side of the country for a birthday or if they were unwell. Having a restricted amount of leave for holidays, and a capped amount of income - if I was struggling now, how would I support a family in the future?! I looked at people who had been working for 40 hours a week, for 40+ years, and thought, this can not be my life! I wanted more for myself. I started holistic health coaching with the dream of being my own boss, but was lacking the support and encouragement I needed. I joined Babes in Business in the hope to create more time freedom for myself, more financial freedom, for passion and drive for my future, all while helping others in a way more aligned with my values. Babes in Business has enabled me to significantly reduce my hours at an unfulfilling job, and I will be able to completely be my own boss, work my own hours, create my own schedule, in the next couple of months. Be able to take holidays whenever I want! The best part though, is the amazing connections and friendships I have made through Babes in Business. Women coming together to support, encourage and empower one another all on their own journeys, achieving amazing personal and business growth, and coming together to show the world what we are all capable of.

Babes in Business has been life changing for me. It came into my life at the moment when I’d just left a long term corporate career and was looking to launch a wellness business - a goal I’d had for years. Thanks to BIB, I’ve been able to build my business in the stolen moments of the day - around homeschooling my two school age daughters. I love the mentoring, which has been absolutely fundamental in my growth not only personally but also in business. There is a lot of accountability with the other ladies on our team and the friendships are going to be life long. I’m now my own boss of a business the helps other women become the best version of themselves. The combination of doing something rewarding, having this amazing tribe and the financial and location freedom is priceless!

When I joined BIB I was just simply looking for “more”. I didn’t anticipate finding my greatest passions, my purpose and a tribe of kickass girl-friends to do it alongside. I get to spend my days supporting girls to be happy & healthy, indulging in continual self-development and collaborating with my soul-sisters. I’d done the tempting but unfulfilling corporate career, I’d travelled & taught yoga around the world, now I wanted to be my own boss spreading the joys of living well AND have playmates. Surprisingly, it wasn’t too much to ask! I believe that over anything else you should feel vibrant. I get lit up every day helping girls to feel energised by their life. On my BIB journey, I continue to embrace all that I am, my light & my dark, my 50% yogi & spirit junkie & my 50% party girl and I love to help girls to find their person power & badassery. Everything I’ve exprienced over the years; stress, anxiety, hormone-related health challenges, a career and relationships that didn’t serve me, it’s all led me here, to a place where my mind, heart & soul gets set on fire in new ways every day! Blessed & so grateful beyond measure!

JESSICA STRAUSS

I’m just a 21 year old country girl, living the city life who decided to go for it. I'm madly in love with adventures, meeting new people, cafe hopping, waterfall chasing and travelling however they were always too far out of reach. From a very young age I was always taught that I can achieve anything, if I set my mind to it. So when I found Babes in Business in October 2016, at 20 years old - I went all in and gave it my 100% all! It almost seemed too good to be true, being able to make massive ripple effects in the world at 20 years old. When I joined, I was unaware of the lives I would be changing, including mine. Being apart of a collective of over 1000 inspiring, hard working and empowering women has taught me so many things.. but the most important thing, was to never give up. And thats what I did. I kept going and never gave up. It has given me the freedom to travel the world, visit my family whenever I want, work from the beach and live the life I have always dreamt of.

After 16 months of hard work and grit, I can now say that at 21 years old I have retired from the 9-5 rat-race to become a full time mermaid and I am forever grateful. 

A lot of you that know me see me as this always happy, bubbly and chirpy kind of girl but my whole life hasn’t always been great.. in fact it had hit rock bottom and if it wasn’t for Babes in Business, I don’t know where I would be.

Nothing could have prepared me for the massive impact BIB has had on my life. 

I saw the huge potential in the online market, but didn't know where to start, and didn't have the confidence to do it on my own. I was very skeptical at first, but couldn't have been more wrong! BIB has guided me every step of the way and given me the tools I needed to create my own unique stamp on my business.

The biggest and most unexpected amazing things that have come out of this experience, would have to be the incredible personal development. I am a completely different person, from the person I am today in comparison to the person I was when I first joined. I lacked SO much confidence, and had a crippling phobia of public speaking. I simply accepted that I was never meant to be a leader, public speak or inspire others. But deep down I admired those around me that beamed that confidence. I wished I would one day become that, and I am happy to say all things are possible, and I have definitely transformed.

I am surrounded by inspiring strong supportive women, who give me the drive to better myself and push myself way out of my comfort zones. It is beautiful to see so many other women within the business blossom and grow into better versions of themselves, and lift each other up. I have made some truly great friendships from BIB, which I am ever so grateful for, and I get to be location independent now and travel the world!

We truly have such a special tribe of likeminded wonderful women, which I am proud to be a part of.

Babes in Business has enhanced my life in so many ways! I am richer not only financially but also in terms of knowledge, support, and self awareness and confidence. I always knew I wanted to work for myself, from where I wanted and when I wanted, but I didn’t know how to make that happen until BIB. I tried countless things before I found Babes in Business, and I knew from the very start it was something I’d love.. and I did! The whole system is unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced and really helps you grow in more areas of life than just business. It’s a win all around.

This business opportunity came along at the perfect time for me. My son was 5 months old and I had just resigned from my teaching job as I couldn't imagine going back to work and putting our little boy in care. This just was not an option in my mind, I didn't have a baby so someone else could raise him.

I was thinking I would end up doing some relief teaching and eventually go back into full time teaching after a few years of raising our children - this really pained me as I have always wanted to be a stay at home mum and be there for my children like my mum was there for us as kids (my parents were farmers so were home for our whole childhood). 

The future is so much brighter for me now that I am part of this supportive and inspiring tribe of women. I love that I can stay home and not miss precious moments with my boy. It has turned into a real passion of mine, not only enabling myself to live my dream lifestyle but also making it possible for other mums to do the same. I thoroughly enjoy guiding and mentoring like minded women and watching them grow and achieve goals on the path to living life on their own terms.

Before I came across Babes in Business I was a law graduate, lost in the corporate graduate world, terrified that the rest of my life would be surrounded by four walls and the corporate ladder. I hated the idea that I would miss important moments with my family due to always being away on business, depressed that I would be missing the ocean each day as I drove along the motorway to my concrete jungle. To me, Babes in Business meant an opportunity to allow my entrepreneur spirit to blossom, to allow me to fulfil my vision of actually leaving a mark on this world when its my turn to go, and to live my life by the beach with no boss restricting my annual leave. Today my life in Babes in Business looks like giving speeches at business events, travelling around the world with my girlfriends, helping families live the healthiest lives they can, and being able to simply take my laptop home to my family and still be paid for it! My confidence and self worth has grown enormously since my self development journey began with this business family! If you're looking for something more than what what we are told is normal in this world, this opportunity is a sign from the universe!

Saying yes to Babes in Business is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It encompasses everything I’m passionate about, and has given me the freedom to live and work abroad. For someone with such undying wanderlust, it has been the perfect way for me to combine everything I love: travel, health, wellness, personal development, and helping others. I’ve always known the 9-5 lifestyle was not, and never will be for me. Having the freedom to work when and where I want, while also being surrounded by a team of incredibly inspiring, empowering, like minded women is more than I could have ever asked for. My life without Babes in Business consists of a day job I dread, minimal travel, and no freedom to do the things that light me up. I’m finally working toward the life I’ve always wanted- and I’ve never grown so much personally than I have in the past 18 months.

Babes in Business.. Where do I even start!! For me personally, it's been a huge personal development journey. Before joining BIB, I had big dreams but I had no idea how to or where to actually start! I totally lacked belief in myself, I was shy, I was really insecure and I honestly just wasn't happy. 

Its now been just over a year & I honestly cannot believe the growth I've had over the last 12 months! I'm HAPPY and I hadn't felt that for so long. I know where I'm headed, I have big dreams and I'm totally not afraid to go chase them! So grateful I took the leap.
